LAFAYETTE, La., July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Burner Fire Control, manufacturer and a market leader for industrial fire suppression systems, announced today that it has completed shipment and delivery of its flagship line of Stored Energy Compressed Air Foam Systems for custom application use by Pesco, South America.
As the demand for CAFS Fire Suppression continues to rise, Burner Fire Control has been on the forefront of the development curve to provide some of the most advanced and reliable systems on the market. Over the past 10 years, there has been a large uptick in research focused on the performance of Compressed Air Foam and its ability to more effectively suppress fires in a variety of environments. Its use in first-line emergency response is now being adopted by organizations globally.
“The ability for our CAFS Fire Suppression Equipment to be custom mounted on virtually any response vehicle has a major appeal”, says Keith Scott, Manager of the CAFS Division who has over 40 years focus in the fire suppression industry. The 15-year employee of Burner Fire Control also notes, “We have provided these units to countless entities in North America, custom designed systems for the majority of the branches of the United States Military, and built & shipped to Foreign Government organizations, so we have seen a very wide variety of applications.”
A Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) is ideally suited for Twin Agent Systems. “Many of the twin agent systems we manufacture for customers now are equipped with CAFS rather than traditional foam, “Keith said. “The unique all-in-one twin agent nozzle allows users to disperse either foam, dry chemical, or a combination of both agents simultaneously.”
