Burner Fire Control Contractor Support
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (“BSEE”) requires that each producer or operator in the US Gulf of Mexico develop and maintain a well containment response plan that include among other things access to specific Source Control Containment Equipment (“SCCE”) that when combined will collectively provide a temporary production system that will enable the flow and capture hydrocarbons. An integral part of the flow back system includes Burner Fire Control heat attenuation equipment to protect personnel and the facility from the heat generated by flaring operations during flow and capture operations.
