Burner Fire Control has entered into an Master Services Agreement with GE Renewable Energy to provide all fire equipment inspection, maintenance and reporting services for the Block Island Wind Farm constructed off the coast of Rhode Island.
GE contacted Burner Fire Control directly and shared the challenges in finding a company with the capabilities and expertise to perform the requested services. Shortly after the briefing on the scope of work, Burner Fire Control sent specialized personnel to receive additional survival and safety training required to perform work on the turbines. Personnel also acquired additional manufacturers training for the equipment located on the facilities.
