Founded in 1974, and strategically located on the Louisiana Gulf Coast, Burner has successfully completed thousands of projects in the Gulf of Mexico shelf, Deepwater, and on Texas/Louisiana land production sites.

Burner’s Industrial Fabrication Division performs projects at our in-house ASME coded facilities located in Broussard, Louisiana. Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to delivering a full range of construction, fabrication, and maintenance services to offshore and onshore facilities.

Our Fabrication Facilities

Located in Broussard, Louisiana, our construction and fabrication facilities include 16+ acres of limestone laydown yard and storage, blast and paint on-site and indoor coating facility, with 10-ton per shop overhead crane capacity, and a 65-ton yard crane.

Burner shops and personnel are prepared to complete turn-key requests on design, engineering, and fabrication for equipment and assemblies in the oil and gas industry, including pipe rack modules, transport boxes, compressors, separators, line heaters, and manifolds. Multi-discipline capabilities for structural modules include service decks, access platforms, deck extensions, boat and helicopter landings, and platform ladders and stairwells.

ASME Certified

ASME certification is widely recognized throughout the industrial fabrication industry as a mark of safety and quality. ASME-certified industrial fabricators are held to the highest standards in the industry, and must undergo regular audits to ensure they are meeting those standards. At Burner, we take pride in our commitment to safety and quality, and our ASME Code facilities is just one way that we show it.

National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Certified

In addition, we are also certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to apply the 'NB' mark on boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure retaining equipment. We hold both 'U' and 'R' stamps for the certified manufacture and repair pressure vessels in our shop and on field locations.
